Players can use the !cid command (plus a few characters from the hackers name) to show their ID number inside their demo. Admin reviewing the demo can then use that ID to lookup the IP in order to ban the hacker.

This just covers situations where there might in theory have been more that one player on the server with the name in the demo, and helps us to ban the right player.
