Finally did it! A big problem is solved. I was on rpgbroadcast server, and gues who i saw: filip. We all know he camps much. I spoke to him he must stop campping. like always. he never answered anyone, but still kept trying. Now gues what?! He freaking answered me! he talks XD I think he couldn't understand english before. He asked me what camping was, and i told him. I asked him gently again, for stopping with camping. HERE COMES THAT ONLY ONE WORD WE WERE ALL WAITING FOR: "ok" after that i spectated him, and he REALY stopped camping! lol, i was so happy that he finally stopped. a big evolution for the server ;D
