Hey everyone whats going on. I believe we need to set up some ground rules on recruiting. What do ya'll think? I believe its getting bad out there with ppl just letting anyone in. We all need to agree on some basic rules and things to look at when recruiting ppl. I would love it if you guys would voice your opinions. Lets keep YAH strong and alive. See ya'll out there

i reckon, minimum game play of 50 hours (so we know they will be regular players), and average points per min of 25 (with some exceptions e.g snipers). and they must have a gametracker profile so they can be contacted about scrims etc

and of course if they're fuckers don't let them in regardless.

but thats all i want to see done, and maybe consultation with other (YAH) members to.

I agree with nate.. we should only recruit regular players who respect other players and have a good score. And we should discuss it with other clan members.

PS: I know that im no recruiter but i would like the oportunity to recomend hugh jorgan (i think it was like this).

ok well this might piss a few people of but i think it needs to be said.
if we want to be a serious good clan like.... AEK we need to recruit people that not so much talk all the time, but are SERIOUS about playing (i know im shit but hey at least i show to the scrim).

currently we have 47 members not including the ones that dont have GT and we can only field 9 for a scrim that was talked about for over 3 weeks... that's bullshit.

instead of recruiting people that talk say hi every now and again we need to recruit serious people.
e.g hugh jordan. on normal circumstances i would have no problem with him being recruited BUT if hes not going to play in scrims, whats the point?

on the other hand if he is keen for scrims, sure go for it.
but as far as i see at this point we are just people that talk to each other so were given 3 letters infront our game name.

e.g pickha and arce
they knew about the scrim and didnt come but no one argues they are a big part of (YAH)
a pragmatic approach is needed.

Yeah but you have to think about spen not everyone is going to show to the scrim. People do have lives out side of this game. Arce had said he was going to try but most likely wouldnt make it. Pichka had told me that he wasnt going to make it. I see where your coming from and I do more talking than anyone on the game but I honestly dont give a shit lol. I mostly get on now just to say whats up and shit the game has become very boring to me. On that note I think we need to get some shit set up we are the most unorganised clan I know of. Oh well its all just for fun anyway.

Well if it were my clan i would kick everybody out except those who have been on the server for over 4-6 months and are 17 and over. A good number of members for a clan is 5-8. The clan should have 5 "leaders" who have shown that they are good with almost all weapons, good at differant game types (i.e. TDM, FFA, SD, WAR, ECT.), and be good at mod servers. Also there needs to be some rules for the server. YAH get's really good ping's and many peopleplay on it cuz its a fast server, but many people dont like the martyrdom, (LMG CAMPING/SPRYING/SITTING AND PICKING OFF TARGETS) and over doing it with the tubes. A real clan talks in game with a device such as xfire, verntrilo, or team speak. And for fucks sake lets say SOMEBODY GET THE FUCKING RCON PASSWORD!!! you cant kick people, close of a server, or do anything that needs to be able to happen for a real clan to scrim unless you either have the password or your own server. This is just my opinion.


P.S. I don't think the admins should be people who think they can run a server because of there age, like some of the older members do. Admins show respect to all players and treat everyone the way they would like to be treated.

p.s.s. I might just moved my server to 1.2 and call it (YAH)HARDCORE maybe.......

I agree with almost everything said here. I do think we should sort of restart the clan, and keep our best 10-20 players (Me included). Then get down some admins and recruiters. And a way to kkeep our admins and recruiters orginised is do what BTk does. but letters beside your tags to represend what you are, EG, R for recruiter, A for admin, and mabey a SL for scrim leader. But hey, theres only oone way our clan can go from here. Up.
