Hey guys, just wanted to mention a few things, if I'm allowed to.

First of all, I'm kind of NOT liking the admin-message spamming that seems to be going on quite often on our server. I understand it can be exciting to get some nice and shiney admin buttons, but I don't think there is need for personal admin messages. Welcome messages, warnings, important info: sure. Personal taunts like 'see you in the table room william', or 'turn of your haxx depo' are incredibly annoying for other players on the server. I think you have to remember not everyone may be in on the inside joke, and thus the screen clutter looks very immature from outside the =4CE= clan. For gods sake, if you're an admin, behave like on.


Second thing I want to mention is the -=USA=- issue. I wasn't there when things turned ugly, but I'm personally very unhappy with the bad reputation it gave =4CE=. I played there for months without having the tiniest issue with any of the players there. Now I get kicked instantly when I try to join, and I have some players in 4CE to thank for that. I'm not saying it was entirely our fault, the USA members are to blame as well, but I think it should have been handled more maturely and with more respect for the clanmembers of 4CE. Some of you may not care about the USA server and be fine with the clanban, but you are no longer making decisions for yourself: you are making decisions for the entire clan. And some members, such as myself, may not be too happy about losing a fun server.

Just some ideas. I'd like to hear what you have to say.

I applaud Furyann for raising his concerns. None thought this journey would take us this way. All could have been avoided had we been a little more careful ganging up on USA SERVERS WHILE WE WAITED FOR OUR SERVER 2 START, iN INNOCENCE WE WENT THERE BECAUSE WE ALL LIKE TO PLAY THERE. It has created quite some dilemna to us now and we spoke yesterday to YAMMY on USA TEAMSPEAK IN ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE IT.wE COULD ATTEMPT HE SAID TO LIFT THE BAN ON OUR TAGGS. It would not be easy and would take lots of modifications to our clan. most admins here know of this problem and it is easeir to let everyone know oif they come through on teamspeak all the details. A vote has been set about how to handle the USA server bann. Becasue not all can be contacted foor their votes at any time it has become difficult to make any rules at all without stuctured times for admin meetings which has been difficult and don't forget how new this is for many of us even me. Most admins have voted that we don't do anything and just move on. Now we can go and begg for mercy from the USA server admins and perhaps obtain these things. But we must prove to them it will not become an issue again and noone can decide on anything quickly. It is no longer in my power to simply make rules or do any of this on my own. The middle road seems to be to only 2nd soldier accounts for use server USA. If I make some decision on my own it may be questioned, and it may not be right either. I agree something should be done about the admin spamm on the server. We must in my opinion have a meeting with all the admins soon, that we can set some guidelines, so all can bring their issues to the table and hash all these things out. I have been writing a list of all these concerns. We must have a meeting to decide What is best, and what will be done. So some teamwork is needed. from the admins. these people have been put in place to make democratic decisions until some people are voted into the senate. There is no structure here and we need some direction. Many will agree. If we cannot mend diplomacy with USA THEN all members will be given the choice to quit the clan with honor, and we will continue on. Nobody is happy about the USA BANN. but they were also a bit unreasonable, and now it might not be able to be fixed. We could appeal and clean up our rules to cater to USA, we have the opportunity to try. I will not do such a thing until we can prove to them we won't be a problem again. Words will not work!! Yammy was clear on this. I won't do this alone, while this just may happen again with them in the future and then I am also the one who cannot keep his word to USA.

I just have this to say to try and clear the air, and if you dont mind, give our side from me

Alot of you guys have obviously played with us a LONG time.Therefore very well knowing the rules we have in place is of no secret,or has hardly been a discretion to any of you. what had happened after =4ce= Tags were seen in our servers, both 1 and server 2, was very hard to avoid reprimand SOMEONE for the constant rule breaking, and emails and pm's galore from every day players on how =4ce= was disrupting the servers. As i talked with Majordea,dubleface, and nomercy on the topic, My main point is I/WE do not like adding bans to the banlist JUST for rule breaking, its a waste of players,it causes issues like this, etc etc. Adding for cheats is another story entirely, they MUST be added.With me??

We had to do something, we all saw it coming, if you didn't.. REALLY>??
I, like most of us, or alot of us, have been playing America's Army since the games inception in july of 2002.. been running our little group in partnership with Waltrip and disgnated executive admins,senior admins,admins,and members for over 6 years now. Our rules have not changed other than no bunnyhopping is gone, and added no incapping to AA3. thats it.Our server admin protocol has also not changed, and will not change as its what works for us.
The clan ban on =4ce= was only placed because our servers were turning into chaos,especially when knowingly no admins were on.
At present there are 4 bans in place.We REQUIRE those individual banned players to goto our forums, and request an appeal. This will then be reviewed and Removed or Sustained depending on each situation. We by no means are power hungry admins, or anything of the type, we have made rules and protocols, and adhere to them to the best of our ability.

THANK YOU YAMMY FOR EVERYTHING YOU HAVE DONE. WE WILL BE MAKING AN EFFORT TO BETTER CONTROL OUR CLANMEMBERS IN OTHER SERVERS. i BELIEVE THE BAN ON =4CE= TAGS HAVE BEEN LIFTED. WE ARE ALSO PLANNING TO CHANGE TAGS AND HOPE THIS WILL NOT OFFEND =USA= IN SOME WAY. WE SIMPLY FOUND A BETTER WAY TO RECOGNIZE THE TAGS. ALSO: ADMIN MEMBERS ONLY FORUM HAS BEEN CREATED FOR THE ADMINS TO USE MOST OF THESE ISSUES FROM NOW ON. THANKS
