It appears to me that NO MERCY has decided to quit the -FORCE- over some issue with frequent map changes, and general dissatisfaction with some rules in the clan and probably even some personal grievances with Majordea. This will no doubt become some drawn out scenario over the next couple of days I'm sure. I was pretty upset by this move on no mercy's part, considering he is one the high ranking, most active players in our clan. I have several issues with his approach to the clan as I'm sure he does to mine. I did not want him to leave however, so maybe he will find his way back with understanding. In this I am leaving entirely up to the rest of the -FORCE- members as I am no longer interested in this debate. I am doing my part to inform you all of what has transpired in a way that is fair to all and let the majority rule.
Supposedly he was upset over map changes being done too frequently on the server. I myself know he had taken a bad attitude over a comment I had made last week about "power hungry assholes" as a general term I had used to describe other servers, some of which we all know.. Somehow he took this statement personal like I had directed this at him, and was talking to quit the clan last week also. I guess it his a sensitive nerve to him, because in my estimation.... Since this clan has started, he has the same motivations to have one of these clans where only 2-3 people make all the rules for all the rest are which to follow. It would make it easier to run things for sure, so I do not fault him for his view.. But I have generally wanted to make a more democratic clan for us all, and it is never easy to make everyone happy.. Someone will always disagree. For this reason as we have seen, things take time to get done here in the -FORCE- and people, even myself act rashly when they lose patience for results.I personally believe this is what NO MERCY has done also. But it is up to the rest of you how we should proceed, because I will not make any standing alone decisions Now.. I have been thinking to meet with Ickyville, to set his server to be set on impact as default map... Not to be changed. so that there is always a good German server with Impact on -force- TO BE PLAYED WITH. i HAVE HAD THIS IN MIND FROM THE BEGINNING..of making the clan!! nO MERCY SEEMS TO HAVE ASSUMED OTHERWISE. (SRRY CAPS) but things take time, and judgements are handed out too quickly I think when things are a slow going. Now, spilling all the dirty laundry seems to be the only way we can deal with these issues, to get the rest of our opinions. I still must meet with Ickyville to discuss details.. So now, if some of you will talk some sense no mercy..we can have our admin back where he belongs. I have persuaded him several times, to make his voice heard on the forums about complaints he has, and have yet to see any... Maybe this should change if he comes back. As I've said from the beginning... I do not have the default final say on any matter in this clan, and have never viewed myself as such. Again, this clan is set up to keep our better friends together, so I encourage some of you to talk with him because I still see him as a dear friend. May we all learn from the bad things and be big enough to forgive those who have wronged us, or vice versa.
in defense of myself, I would like to add, that in the server, when I really should have been sleeping... I am hearing 7-8 players constantly asking for a map change for round after round.. No mercy was not in the room until the round in which the map had been decided to Ranch where he will not play. I changed it according to the 80% vote rule. Maybe I was still in the wrong, as mercy had just reentered, but in my view we cannot bend the rules to favor any 1 man...including myself! If anyone has issues, they should make it known here, and give proper chances for the members to fix the problem! I would also like to pint out that, I still have working plans to be entered into TWL leagues, where any who are in these matches must be prepared for any map, or you risk losing the WAR! Also, don't be surprised when aa3 unloads 10 new maps at once and all of the impact servers are empty for a couple months...Ultimately, I would like to see some resolution in everyone's favor and have the balance restored to the -FORCE- with no mercy back on the roster. It is out of my hands, and I have done my part! I can admit to mercy, that I have acted in a rash way to excommunicate him from my friends list, but no more rash to me is this action... than the action he had taken to abandon the rest of all of his friends without any waring or fair notice. From this fact, I was deeply hurt and upset that he has not treated all of his friends fairly, which may be in some part for his views of me. I am ready to move forward and forgive all of this when he has made proper reparations to the rest of his friends. May the -FORCE- be with us in this matter.

Well I like both NoMercy and MajorDea and have had hours of great time online with them on various maps.
I am not planning on badmouthing any of them now, or on any issues to come, as I feel we are all entitled on having a bad day, week or month if you ask me.
As for frequent map changes, I propose a rule of changing the map only once per hour, and only if we had 100% through srvr voting or if 2/3 of admins agree on a map.
Finally, NoMercy if you are reading this mate, come back cuz I'll miss our fights which are never easy

First of all I want to say that I'm unhappy to loose NoMercy as he was one of our most active and best players in the clan. I'm also very surprised because yesterday he was still active in the forums and in game and to me he didn't seem as if he was pissed about the clan. In this point I have to criticise him because how shall we adapt to his critic if there isn't any in the forums. In my opinion we should always talk with each other to solve problems instead of leaving without a word. So NoMercy if you still read the forum posts (I'm pretty sure you do) I beg you to post a short summary of your critic points about the clan here or maybe we can arrange a Ts3 meeting with the admins to solve the problems. As Major already said it will be impossible that all the members are 100% satisfied with the rules but I'm sure we will be able to find a compromise. So now it's up to you whether you want to quit like that without a word to all the others or if you at least want to show us the reasons for this action or even try to make the clan a better one with your constructive critic.
