I was like WHAT A FUUUUUCK, because I wrote in public chat, let the man learn, he is new … But this “power hungry asshole / admin” just ignored my messages (or maybe just didn’t see them – which I highly doubt). Why do I doubt it, because this admin had the nerve to write following message right under my messages “If I get team killed 1 more time you are getting kicked, because I am admin and I can”. The consequence is, remaining 7-8 players left and I was left alone on our server again, and this admin just moved to a different fuller server.

I fackin appreciate my time very much, and I don’t like when my 1,5 hour effort goes to waste because of childish behavior of one of our admins. Admin, in my eyes, should make sure the pings are low, post welcome / warning messages, stop excessive fighting (and some even bloody started them), and kick / bann IF NECESSARY ONLY.
Furhtermore, 1 other things bothers me, that is unbalanced teams on our server. We all agreed on that rule for a good reason, to keep things level and fun.
I understand we are all fighters and winners, but when all –FORCE- members are in same team playing “who will kill the most noobs” game, it is just not fun and fair if you ask me.
The result is, server gets emptied again, not what I want to see.
Now I respect you all, and if you see my post as BULL SHIT, I’ll be ok with it too.

I am not trying to change you all, I would rather change server if the teams are not balanced or if I think some1 is cheating.

Simple as that -_-

I wish that our server is a fun place, not a place where people come to hack and fight verbally.

Finally, I expect some critiques on my behalf also, as long as they are constructive lol

About the first point: I think you're right about the kicking of noobs BUT with one exception: If they tk u all the time even if they should have realized that u are a friendly or if the keep tking the vip they should be kicked. It's the same if they don't do the training and u asked them 1000 times they should do that first. it ain't very effective if u try to 'train' someone who doesn't even know the basics or isn't able to medic cuz he didn't made the training. Personally I always tell the noobs that in the beginning they should take their time to identify whether the other player is friendly or not. It's better to get killed 1 or 2 times more often instead of getting kicked everywhere cuz of a to fast trigger.
about the point with the adminmessage. I wasn't there so I won't judge it BUT all the admins have to be polite and objective. If an admin kicks someone it ain't good for the reputation of the clan if you make such unnecessary messages. Such messages seems like the admins are kicking everyone they don't like and that ain't good. Remember we admins should keep the peace and justice on the server and don't destroy it.

About keeping the teams balanced. You're completely right we should look that teams are balanced even if that means that we have to leave the winning side. I will promise that I will do better from now one and if we all are to lacy to switch maybe someone should announce that he will swap teams and I'm sure than there will be another one who will swap teams to support u even if that means to get killed all the time by one of the pros.
Turning the loosing team into a winning team is a honourable challenge. Killing noobs is easy but if u can say u killed all the pros u can be proud. Only that way we can improve our skills.

1. I agree with u mali its not ok to kick/bann everyone who is new or who tked u once or twice (or other things), remember we all tk sometimes "many times in row" it was not only in our beginning, look at mercy and me or me and dipper or maybe I suld say in generell me if I have a crazy day lol.

2.Admin messages in generell, we talked about admin spams in the past and we found a way to handle it but I think the last time that is blowm away, it was mentionet in game sometimes and nothing happen.

3. It would be relay nice if people use the ban-list and write down there why someone is banned and if an admin ban someone please try to choose the right reason to.

I never kick the noobs i was a noob and can understan what is a teamkiller by noobs or whatever.

but is diferent:

1- create a noob account and join the server and kill ALL players
that is bad conduct, all noob are not inocent, remember that

2- im agree with " just kick" the guys "whatever" with bad conduct
with 3 advertence. why? becouse he is not the only player in the server and we need keep a good server

3- you are right about the spam admin messenges
but is when u have a miselaneus msg.

I'm totally agree with you guys. I was a noob too. And I was a tk because I didn't understand who is a friend or enemy. Most of admins are kicking noobs for a tk. And this is very important moment! Noob don't understand why he was kicked. He thinks that do it it right, but he is wrong. Other players starting talking shit about him. And as a result he goes on another server. In the worst case he leaves the game forever. Our task is to avoid this.
Another problem is in balance. I don't understand when the veteran's team playing against the noobs team. Is it interesting? For me it is not. And I guess that for noobs too. That is why we must to do something with this.

i was going to address this also on the forums mali. and i will be doing so.there needs to be clear rules about how to deal with people on the server. I am not used to that, but I generally have control over myself. Admins all must realize, that the -FORCE- was built on some principles. ANd this was one of them. We do not need to harass and be assholes to every noob who doesn't have an idea what he is doing. I have given this clan members all the right to defend yourself. If you are being shot by a noob, you have the right to kill him 1st. You also have the right to warn the noob to take his training, or watch his fire. But this right must not be taken advantage of or it could be removed. We want, even for noobs, to create a "peaceful" environment. and yes we want most of them to come back.. They will not if they are harassed and made into a laughing stock. Some mebers, and you may know who you are, should keep in mind that we want our server to stay full. And to do this we must have some patience with them. If we must, now we will make clear guidelines so that there are no misunderstandings, and clear rules to follow if you are breaking them.

this is the next step, which unfortunately seems all to necessary, so there are no questions, who is right and who is wrong.

Guys, u know that i was 1 of the First in -FORCE- and i dont be an Admin, but i know that it was really Hard for Dbl, mercy , Major, hawk and Mali the First months, especially when we was getting the Server, and now, 1 of this New admins Destroy much of this work with kicking some New Players for no reason or only because they dont like them because they r better or from another Big Clan, i think we shouldnt have this Guys in our Clan or we shouldnt give them Admin rights, o Course, i dont know how Hard work it Must be for a Server Admin, but when u only Play with admins rights, i think they search them another Clan...
