I would propose that the server restarts atumatically at leat 1 time per day (let's say at 3:00 am for example) according to a player who was online today this option is available on the gameservers site.
And another proposel is that at leats a few admins have the right to restart the server manual (I don't know whether that is possible or not but I will update this post when I figured it out)

it already updates everyday, at about 3am ) always has.
I tried to set up furyann with admin rights on the server, and it didn't work. We can try again of course but it was sort of disheartening. I am considering to get a new server.. but as it is, either A: someone has secretly paid for the server, or B; game servers is no longer charging me upkeep fee's for the server... I'm not sure which yet,, but I haven't paid in like 3-4 months, and the balance says: 0.00 :? Free... is good even if its not perfect )

with a good location we can make a good side or server to play
all days and all hour with many players that is important
