GATHERING SOME OPINIONS ON HOW EVERYONE FEELS ABOUT PLAYERS WHO DON'T HAVE/USE THEIR MIC.. I WAS THINKING MAYBE WE COULD RECRUIT SOME IN CERTAIN CASES. BUT THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN TWL CLAN BATTLES. TWL IS THE REAL DEAL GUYS, CLAN VS. CLAN. THIS IS A NO JOKE WAR AND ALL WHO PLAY MUST BE AT THE TOP OF THEIR GAME.
WE ALREADY HAVE A FEW WHO DO NOT USE IT OFTEN, DARTH, MALI, MAYBE THIS ISN'T SUCH A BAD THING IF THEY ARE WANTING TO JOIN. BUT THEY SHOULD BE INFORMED THAT THEY MAY BE EXCLUDED FROM CLAN WARS. ESPECIALLY TWL.
IF ALL AGREE I WILL PROPOSE A PROVISIONAL BILL LEVY TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE.

Ok I have thought on this issue some, and come to some idea to make some resolution... from the beginning, I have wanted to make a very inclusive place.. I therefor have a proposal, since none have lended any idea's maybe this would be a good idea?

I propose that we do allow the recruitment of players with no mic...but that they "may" or "will" be exluded from twl matches. We need our numbers to grow..And several who want in, don't have a mic. In this way, I am motivated to set up twl matches...And they are motivated to get their mic working...But not expected. The reason I would like to swell our numbers... Round the clock server capacity would be something we would all like to have.. I do not suggest in anyway, that we change anything else about our recruiting policy, we should still take time to judge some of the peoples character.. And it can be done in limited way without a mic. Though this to me , was the main premise for having the mic rule... So that we don't recruit some kid, 5 months later, he gets a mic and he's an annoying little dirt bag.. However..
i move to make a proposal and gather some opinions..

agree with obi wan, we all should to be more critical in make this decision. That we must know his age and have some trust in that he is not a fukbag.
