LOL thats it the most time there is no one in, but I will try to be there more often.

this is one of the problems in this clan. That everything is done in the forums, everything is impersonal now. I don't know what can be done about it, or if it needs to change, and how... :/

First of all I know that this is difficult cuz of the time-zones but I would suggest to make a constant time (for example first and third Sunday of a month) where everyone can join in and complain about things he is pissed about.(This means not that everyone has to be online)
If there is a big problem (accused to be hacking, real big discussion about a vote) a extra meeting can be set with at least all the people who are part of the problem.
And maybe we should renew the rule that all admins who are playing have to be on ts3 (otherwise u aren't allowed to carry out all the admin stuff as long as there is a other admin online or u finally join ts3) cuz if u have to talk about aa3 voip that u suspect someone of hacking that ain't useful cuz the subject just can turn of his hacks.

Well I think most of you know bout my dog issue and time zones, that is why I posted my schedule for TS in the very beginning.

If we need to have some important meeting I can join, otherwise when I join I mostly listen
