Dipper showed me how to get the old scoreboard back. I just copied the tutorial:

1. Make sure that AA3 game is closed. AA3 launcher is not important, can be closed or not.
2. Go in your Program File folder and go in the Config folder in this exact path : [Program Files]\Steam\SteamApps\common\america's army 3\AA3Game\Config\
3. Open the file AA3Game.ini file
3.1. On the line 563, you will find the bEnableSteamOverlayUI tag name.
3.2. Change the value to false. I.e. the line have to be exactly this one : bEnableSteamOverlayUI=false
3.3. Save the file and close it.
4. In the same folder, open the file DefaultGame.ini file
4.1. On the line 564, you will find the bEnableSteamOverlayUI tag name.
4.2. Change the value to false. I.e. the line have to be exactly this one : bEnableSteamOverlayUI=false
4.3. Save the file and close it

Ping are not display but sexy ROE yes!
And you're not interrupt when you are writing a message at the end of each rounds!
