Please start Bad Company 2 with Steam and join our group chat when you are online.
So you can talk to the other Admins to avoid multiple kicks or something.

Learn the server rules by heart !

Right klick on the player who needs to get kicked, just use the BFBC2 tab to kick or ban players.
Use the Punkbuster tab only when the BFBC2 tab doesn't work.
Kick players who don't follow the rules.
You don't need to warn them. Do always quote a reason for example:

Don't following the rules result in a kick !
Use pistol an knife and read the rules !
…. is not allowed, read the rules !

Ban players when they got kicked twice, reason for example:

You got banned for … days !
You got kicked two times, now you are banned for … days !

Feel free to add your own reasons but don't insult players !
Ban players who say that the server is a shit or something !
Don't ban players for more than 2 days and no permanently bans !

You can see all active bans in lists – banlist.
Someone left the server and needs to get banned ? Search for his name in the chat tab and manual ban him at the banlist.

The chat tab allowes you to contact players in game.
It will be shown on the right top with -say- ---> Server: (your message)
-yell- is a message who will pop up on the players screen so you don't need to use it.

In the chat tab, you can see all kills, used weapon and messages of the players.

Allowed Weapons are:

Pistols: M9 Pistol / WWII M1911 .45 / MP-412 REX / M93R Burst / MP-443 Grach
Other: Combat Knife / C4 Explosive / Hand Grenade / Destruction 2.0 / all UAV kills and roadkill

Sometimes it is a mistake when they use a forbidden weapon.
Don't kick or ban people without check.
Sometimes player will call someone a cheater, hacker etc.. Don't trust anyone without checking the accused players.

Ingame commands:

!
Responses will be displayed to everyone in the server. Everyone will see "Phogue has been kicked for team killing".
@
Responses will only be displayed to the account holder that issued the command. The command issuer will see "Phogue has been kicked for team killing" but no one else will.
#
Responses will be displayed to all players that hold an account ("display to admins only"). Only account holders will see "Phogue has been kicked for team killing".

Kicking / Banning
@kick [playername] [optional: reason]
Kicks a player from your server
The reason will appear in the response and is used to display to the player on the games menu
Requirements: Minimum of kick privileges
@tban [playername] [time in minutes] [optional: reason]
Temporarily bans a player from your server for a set time in minutes
The reason will appear in the response and is used to display to the player on the games menu
By default procon will not allow users with only temporary ban privileges to ban for longer than an hour
Requirements: Minimum of temporary ban privileges
@ban [playername] [optional: reason]
Permanently bans a player from your server
The reason will appear in the response and is used to display to the player on the games menu
Requirements: Permanent ban privileges
Killing
@kill [playername] [optional: reason]
Kills a player
The reason will appear in the response and message sent to the player
Requirements: Minimum of kill privileges
@nuke [optional: team]
Kills every player in the server, or if a team is specified will kill every player on that team
Has a 10 seconds countdown that can be canceled with the @cancel command
Requirements: Minimum of kill privileges

Communication
@say [text]
Says [text] for everyone to see from the Server
Requirements: Must hold an account with procon
@psay [playername] [text]
Says [text] to a specific player from the Server
Requirements: Must hold an account with procon
@yell [text]
Yells [text] for everyone to see in the middle of their screen
Requirements: Must hold an account with procon
@pyell [playername] [text]
Yells [text] to a specific player in the middle of their screen
Requirements: Must hold an account with procon

Thats everything you need now, you are not able to change map !

Don't change anything at the Plugins, Server Settings or Accounts tab
