So is it my job to promote the clan and go looking for people to recruit? Like go in game or start a online forum post so that people know we are here and would like mature players to join us?

Oh and who has the job of setting up the in game scrims?????? cuz i would love to play against another clan some time soon lol im pretty sure that would test everyones skills!!!!! lol and it would be fun as hell!!!!!
