About Us
| The 38th Rescue Squadron is a Battlefield 2 community and is based on a real life United States Air Force Rescue Squadron. These Squadrons are comprised of Pararescuemen and the aircrews who get them where they need to be. Pararescue, or PJ's, are tasked with rescuing downed aircrew from the most hazardous and austere environments, with the motto "That Others May Live." These men have been bloodied, and paid the ultimate sacrifice in order to honor their motto, from the jungles of Vietnam to the deserts of Iraq!! It is in this spirit that we strive to emulate their values. We are a very selective group, just like our real life counterparts, and will take only those who will be able to carry foward the values and traditions of the PJ's.
