I'll donate 10 bucks to your clan and give you what's left in the matchbox in my drawer if you do away with the trans on your DM server. But alas, I know my money and chlorophylls (sp?) are safe.

I'd be interested in hearing why you guys like to play trans in DM though.

As tempting as that offer sounds, I do not wanna give up trans.

Trans in dm is like ketchup on french fries, you don't need it but it makes everything better and once your used to it you don't wanna do without. I feel the trans really sets the pace for the game speed wise and opens up a whole new challenge when it comes to catch and evade tactics. To me it just feels like half a game without it....

I concur with mister slave on this one. However, I'm not completely opposed to the idea either. I think that certain maps could definitely do without it, however, if there is enough ppl in the server who want no trans for a match, we could always throw it as a mutator option in mapvote possibly.

i myself use it only to collect stuff after respawn (pretty good to evade spawn kills [or right-after-spawn-protect-dissapear kills] someones like to use) and when wanna get somewhere far above and beyond

It's a significant disadvantage sometimes personally on the server, not having come up in UT doing much tloc at all, but I don't care enough to rock the boat. I like the mutator idea at the least. I do prefer playing without it when possible but transloc's worth its weight in gold on Pressure innit?

yeah i only use it to grab an item out of reach. i have no problems with it because trans users are fun to kill. piston rules trans bitches

i like the trans, helps you move around players that could kill you..kinda a life and death matter i guess, not to mention its fun to telefrag someone but have a mod or vote place for trans would alright in my eyes

I could go either about the translocator.. It does take the game to a whole nother level go I do gota say! But I am better without it so..

all is solved when everybody wont use it too much but if u all wanna take it down - i nevermind
