Hey, I've tried to play on the server but it won't finish loading. It basically just freezes. Last night I tried to sigh on and I got a "Banned" pop up. Can you please clarify why? I definitely don't hack, my scores clearly reflect that. I'm not very good but I do like to play occasionally. A little guidance would be great.

i have been banned also there seems to be no recourse i would like some info also thanks.
