As of December 10th, the 949th WOLVES have Commenced their recruiting efforts for Battlefield 3 and will be looking for recruits that are interested in making their in game experience as realistic as possible. Our unit is run by experienced military veterans who will be instructing new members in all areas such as the chain of command, military tactics and the proper use of weaponry. We try to emulate the U.S. Army as close as we are able in the gaming world to provide the best gaming experience, thereby deriving the most enjoyment from a game such as Battlefield 3. | The 949th has been operating in the first person shooter gaming arena since the early 1980's in many of the popular military games such as the Battlefield series and also the Call of Duty series.The leadership of the unit remains intact to this day and consists of former military personnel, presenting a consistent operating environment for it's members.We emulate the operations of the United States Army as closely as allowable in the online gaming world giving our membership an intimate view of what it is like to be a combat veteran.
