I did not make these maps, the map creators are credited during the loading screens of each map.
Pack#1 Jungle Warfare [6MB] - Close to the coast, an island is held by Vietcong forces and used as a starting point for disruptive actions. American units took by assault a part of the beach to conquer the remaining island and bring it into their possession! Dense jungle for hot action. Doing The Village [6MB] - This map is loosely based on scenes from the 1986 movie "Platoon." It is based on scenes in the chapter titled "Doing the village" on the DVD. It is primarily an infantry map but includes a few APCs and jeeps. There are also large jungle areas with small paths to encourage infantry only engagement. Also, in this map main bases are very valuable. It is much easier to win if you control both main bases. Defend your base! BFV Coral Sea [4MB] - A converted version of the Battlefield: 1942 map Coral Sea. Surfin Birds [7MB] - This map is a Conquest Assault map. The US starts with one base. The NVA starts with 3 control points and 1 base. There are 2 grey flags on the beach. The team that controls 4 out of the 7 flags will not bleed. The team that only controls 3 flags will have a constant bleed. Valley Assault [10MB] - is a custom multiplayer Map, The US have 2 spawns, main base and radio tower peak. The opposition has 2 spawns, an NVA base camp and a Vietcong farm base. There is a neutral spawn in the center of the level, secure it for a quick infantry attack. The game comes to an end when a Team loses all of their tickets. Pack#2 Jungle Hunt v2 [MP] [9MB] - Updated. Custom map with high mountains, deep valleys, jungle surrounding, rivers and fully working underground tunnel system. The Outpost [MP] [3MB] - A pure assault map for Battlefield: Vietnam. Very dark map with thick jungles. BFV Smoke [7MB] - This map emphasizes the hardships of jungle warfare, expect many surprise attacks! It takes place in a river basin. Most times you will be wading through the water, however its not deep enough to hinder your shooting ability. Riverside Village [MP] [8MB] - This map is designed as a 'capture and defend' style map for multiplayer conquest mode. The main US and VC bases are not capturable. The Fishing Village along the side of the river is where the action is meant to take place. Last Night [MP] [10MB] - Throughout the Vietnam war many soldiers carried on with their purpose to server and protect their countries political motives as well as its name. As many went into their last night not knowing what lays ahead... Some kept life at suns light, but many more meet death at Last Light. Laying there alone and cold in the dark waiting for the warm rays of the rising sun. The Temple [MP] [8MB] - This map is in a similar tradition as Hoh Chi Minn Trail and Cambodian Incursion, with focus on intense infantry action in a water drenched jungle. Consider this topic as a work-in-progress, I expect it will take a while to Complete. I'll start with my 2 favourites: 1: Coral_Sea This is a remake of an old BF1942 map of the same name. Features a series of Pacific Atoll islands, lots of boats, Helicopters and good Sniper opportunities. ![]() Blue Team start from a man-made outpost on a submerged Reef: ![]() Red Team start from the NorthWest Island (Main) and own all the nearby Islands when the map starts. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() A Sniper spot on SouthEast Island looking towards Blue Mainbase. ![]() Coral Sea update: It seems I've found a little map-bug... ![]() ...Whenever you move either of the two Respawn Boats (tango) away from their starting positions, the map re-spawns a new spawnboat in their place, and you can keep doing it again and again! [Note: Only the original 2 Tangos can be used as spawnpoints] ![]()

2: Jungle Hunt
This is my favourite map and is by-far the most detailed of all the new maps. Features: Dense Jungle, tall hills, deep waterways, ruined temples, loads of vehicles and 3 real Tunnel systems! (this is gonna take a lot of screenshots). Blue team start with no flags at a dropzone in the NorthWest corner of the Jungle and must run to capture an abandoned USA Outpost to the East. ![]() View of USA outpost from above main road: ![]() View of of Outpost from River, looking back towards main road: ![]() Just to the East of the Outpost is the only road entrance and is covered by an Artillery gun and Sandbag bunker: ![]() Further along the road, in the NorthEast is another flag: ![]() ![]() The main road continues south towards the Red teams mainbase, thick jungle, Log traps and a couple of bridges give Red team many opportunities for defensive ambushes. ![]() A view from the river into Red Mainbase looking towards the main road entrance. ![]() Quick tour of Red Main. ![]() ![]() ![]() Next is 'Old-City' flag point (and the first of the tunnels), on the surface is a long strip of huts, walls and Pillars with a tunnel entrance at both ends. ![]() ![]() Here's the tunnel from West entrance to the underground flag, then to the East exit/entrance, then the last pic is looking back on the East entrance. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
