I've downloaded 2 map-packs from Fileplanet for testing on the server, any member who wishes to join will have to download and install the same packs. I'll probably only install pack #1 for the first test.

Map-pack#2 has now been tested.
Some of the maps are totaly awesome! but a few are really big, and would need at least 10 players to work properly.
I'll do a review of each map sometime soon.

Awsome maps! some are less realistically playable, but they all look great!
Love the tunnel ones and coral sea.

Hehe my 2 favourites- "Coral Sea" and the tunnel one (it's called "Jungle-Hunt" by the way).

I'm getting desperate to have a proper game on the new maps, most of our members have the maps (and there's at least 10 others who never joined the forum).
I estimate a minimum 5 or 6 players (per team) to make the bigger maps playable, although 8 players total might still work.....
What do you guys think?

I'm also considering another map from Fileplanet: 'Gazala' a BF1942 map thats been remade for nearly every version of the Battlefield series.

difficult, since players online at times is only about 20.
Would the v1.0 community be bigger then it might be possible.

hey all i have been searcing for more map of bfv and found a lot of them, heheheheh also one mappack whit 25 new levels, playeble for ofline as online, im playing them ofline because i dont now how to get a server running, butt maybe its an idea to test them whit a selected group? go and look on this link, you will love it.

Started trying the maps and 3 out of the first 5 I tested caused Battlefield to crash to desktop
