it is Stevanforest, we may have shot each other

i like to get a convesation started to talk to the guys how are sooooo kick happy

i sometime have the problem by being kick, because simply someone
is pissed that he get's shot by me wen he respawn's on his tac right after i shoot him ! and calling out tac camping. to be clear: i am be fare a spawm camper and alwas stay out off spawn site. If ill make it to the tac to "F" it before he spawns ill do so ! but is it not ok to shot wenn he spwans on his tac ? because simply if i dont shot he dose instantly....what most of the time is the attation of the once how quickly respawning with in a sec to get back to me ! so iff the tac is in the same proximety and he respawns and get shot be me, is not attationly camping.. or is it ? is the tac off limet ? is there a 1-2 do not shot police ?

Hey!

The rules are as follows:
You shouldn't be waiting for a tac to respawn, to get the kill.

In Instant respawn gamemodes such as Demolition or Domination, if someone places a tac right infront of you and you kill them, there's no issue with killing them again, that's their fault for placing a tac right in front of you. However try if possible to remove the tac (if it's further away try and throw concussion to remove it) that's an alternative to running up to it and pressing F.

In CTF and other gamemodes which have a waiting time between respawns also HQ, if someone places a tac infront of you, you should destroy it and not wait for their respawn (as respawns can take up to 15 seconds). If you kill them and see their tac from a distance try concussions again or just move away from the area so you won't kill them again.

If you find a tac and no one around it, you shouldn't wait for it to respawn. Basically you should be playing the objective and not playing for respawn kills.

Its horrible, they will kick you for any reason whether it is against the rules or not. This is why I always play on the server LOVE or any other server that is available.

The only time that I go on their server is when there are no PWND clan members on.

I got kicked once for having too many kills or actually playing the objective too much.

I suggest you go on literally any other server because the people who "moderate" (and I say moderate loosely) have too much time on their hands and will kick you for even not breaking the rules.

The only person that actually kicks people for reasonable things is Enzyme and person named ADMIN and a few other moderators.

Yes that was a more wordly version explaining the Rules
stated in "the !rules" post as for me!... applying comen sence
to the rules, i'll obey them and see them & acting on them as Luke explaind.

i just wanted to be sure that there is no wrong doing on my part
in risking beeing Ban from this server by the Kick-Happy Guys
as Tracker46 comended. i got kick becouse it stop a killstreak of samone how can kick ..... how ever this game is not my live and i dont care so much about being kick if it makes a player happy but if he dose not alow me to reconect and kicks over and over right from the start then my feeling are hurt

So.. as a intended Discussion Post ill like to invite all the kick capable players to be more considerate and not abusing there admin rights please .

So I guess i’ll take this moment to lay a few things out as i see them. Might explain my actions as an admin.

I too have noticed way too many kicks. To the point where it polarises the players. I think the whole emotional kick thing, should stop.

I have kicked people plenty over the servers existence and its all down to 2 reasons. NPO and spawn killing (which is NPO). I do send a warning before hand, and then I kick after that. No-one else seems to !warn anymore, but whatever. I get kicked too, its fine, you just rejoin. It’s not a big deal, guys.

Regarding Tacs. I think we all know I am not a fan of this rule but I will obey it.
This is how I see it. If I see a tac, and i can press F, I do. If I can throw a flash or a grenade to kill it, I do. If I can’t reach the tac in time, I will try shooting the tac before the re-spawn happens. The results vary.

But if someone deliberately puts it in an area of the map like: a) the neon sign in Kowloon or b) the scaffolding on Launch where you cannot hit it with flash bangs, then I will camp it. There is no other way to stop it and we all know that. It’s a tac, not an endangered Panda, I will kill you.

Now, if you place a tac in the spawn zone to kill spawns and then cry when you are camped because its ‘spawn killing’, then you are a cunt and I will camp that tac. Then I will !warn you, then !kick you if you do it again. Because you are deliberately trying to make people rage quit and that hurts the server. All of this comes with warning and then a kick if it continues. The only reason you would take issue with this, is because you are trying to piss people off and I am stopping you.

I like this server too much for people to start shitting in it for the lols. I have a lot of respect for Jo and his efforts in setting this whole thing up for us, if he wants me to stop doing this, then I will. Otherwise I will continue to run admin to keep the server enjoyable for the majority.

If I am out of line, don’t hesitate to say so, I will gladly change my approach if i’m being a dick, but from where I am standing, I only kick people that are NPO.

Thoughts?

PS: I vote YES for Stevan to join PWND

agree with pepe...we not kick for fun...we kick for reason like NPO players...anyway i like all players!

Yup I agree with pepe. Also can we now please have some clarification on rules for camping Pandas? I hate those monochromatic shits!

Serious points though: 1) Personally I just try to pop my tac round a little corner so people can't find 'em. If you plant a tac in the middle of a field you really do deserve to get shot some more. 2) There are definitely some admins who are kick-happy, one or two *coughRUSScough ahem* have a habit of joining a game and kicking a couple before they've gotten a feel for what's going on.
