Only kick or ban for breaking rules, don't exaggerate.
Be nice to players, we don't want people to leave because of the admins. Don't give the rcon password to anyone. If people should know it, we give it, or we allow you to give it.Don't share your TCP admin user with anyone. If someone should have it who hasn't, we will create one for him. Follow the rules.
