I recently got banned on BmW=ZA BF4 Clan Server 5 - Hardcore server - Normal - Ranked
by a Poentang for apparently base raping on the 22/12/13


I wish to appeal this

Ill admit i had a tank at A as well as an EOD at a few points of the game
however i backed off as A was captured

Can this please be resolved

addendum : a copy of the my battle report can be forwarded if requested. as I personally believe if I was truly base raping, the stats would be fairly skewed.

base summary
player stats : 3801 score : 4 kills (2 with a tank) : 10 deaths

as a side note, am I correct in believing that the BMW servers require 3 kicks before a ban occurs?

Hi Stigma I think this was only a temp ban u should be able to log into server 3 again

Hi Stigma I think this was only a temp ban u should be able to log into server 3 again

Sorry but think i was the one that gave you a temp ban . . . You were not the only one at A shooting into our base while we were spawning, you had some sniper dudes around you from various sides . . . . i warned all at A shooting into the base to stop after i received complaints from fellow players . . . . i then went and spawned in the base and you shot me as i spawned close to the tanks . . . . on that i gave you the temp ban .....

Further note, its admin choice whether he will continue to warn until he concludes that you are not following his warnings, or we can just kill you after each warning, or kick you from a server after each warning . . .. all occasions did we warn more than 3 times . . .. it came clear to me that you guys were purposefully killing us in the Red Zone/main base . . . . i discussed this with fellow Head Admins and admins and we decided to pass a temp ban on the next player . . .. unfortunately was that player you ... you have since been unbanned as it was only a temp ban and can play there again . . . OK sorry . . . . it was poentang . . . you still have 1wk and 5days left on the ban ......

No worries, things happen in the heat of the moment and like many people Ill do something stupid without realising unfortunately, and I can fully understand the frustration that I and others may have caused, I apologise for said actions and insure that I avoid such actions in future.
(unfortunatly I tend to play with blinders in regards to the text chats, that wont happen again haha)

If it is a two week ban, and not a perma-ban which was my worry, I have no qualms with it, as only fair play, despite my reservations.

Again my apologies and my thanks for the amicable resolution and quick responses.

Looking forward to continued gaming on your servers.
