In my time playing on server 5 the last 5 - 10 weeks...

At first i thought this was a nice server where i could enjoy myself and improve my skills at the same time. weeks have past and i met some of the admins

One day playing on your server 5, i had my first "run-in" if you will, I've simply relied information regarding a sniper's position in Siege of Shanghai, to my own error i accidentally posted that piece of information in the "ALL" chat, at which time Poentang saw it, readed it, and simply decided to kick me there and then, without any warning whatsoever, i rejoined some as soon as i could and patiently asked for the reason of my kicking of the server, to which he reacted to give me a 1 hour tempban. I immediately contacted HideousRex via Origin and explained my circumstance to him. Soon after it was resolved

After the tempban has elapsed i decided to keep myself quiet for fear of another tempban or kick

Some weeks later after which I and Z3ppellin had formed the ANR (Anti-Noob Repelent) we had another run-in with Poentang, he kicked Z3ppellin and xSquishyFishyx, both bearing the ANR clan tag, gladly our captain, Z3ppellin resolved the isssue regarding the conflict there

Less than a week later I had another "run-in" this time it was HideousRex he kicked me with no warning and/or reason given before the actually kick. The only words i got from him was "Piss me off I dare you" after I rejoined, I asked for the reason as to my kick from the server, to which he replied "some of your kills were dodgy" this isn't really a reason its more a emotionally charged decision to just kick me because i had repeatably faced him and won the skirmish

the next run-in was earlier today at roughly 1800, with Jordan69, whoom i'm unformiliar towards to and i simply stated: "i've had more than a few run-ins with the admins here" soon there after i typed "but hey life goes on", when i rejoined I didn't have the mindset to start the arguement of "who did what" i simply stated: "are we going down that road again, or are we gonna play this game"

some rounds had past and Attilla asked me some questions regarding my earlier statement, and he told me "Don't ever mention that again"

I've run out of patience and this crap is getting old

To put this lightly: I had enough of your bullshit of playing your "I'm the admin, you shall do what I tell you to" card, because its getting old real fast

Today is the very last day I will play on ANY BmW server, unless you really change on how you view your players on the servers

until then its the KoA server for me

Contact me on Origin (search for friend and add as friend open the chat window (cancel the add as friend) and i'll be open to your oppinions if you want my attention.

Regards, Beverain

i have decided, well Warl0ck-ZA conviced me....

that I should give you another chance, but

I will not talk to you
I will not reply if i don't have/want to
I will not acknowledge your existence on the server (ingame)

basically, in my eyes you wont exist

once chance, if i get kicked, banned or tembanned one more time, i'll make sure the a lot of people will learn of your stale existence you call being a admin

that being said: I will still follow the rules as I've always did

Hi

This is Attila here . . .. .

Let me tell you the story . .. .

i logged into Procon . . . saw your statement . . . and asked you what you meant by it . . . .you told me it happened long ago and lets leave it at that . . .. i said, cool, please just don't mention it again . . . i then left the server only to log into Procon again and see you going on about BmW and its admin . . . on that i decided to give you a 24 hour ban, seeing as you went against your word of not bringing up the topic again . . .

Also note that i don't take lightly to demands or threats . . . i believe we are fair and will give rope where we feel we can, but if you continuously go against the EA and or BmW server rules, then we will warn, then kick you or ban you pending the severity of the transgression.

Cheeers and enjoy your time on our servers . .

Regards

It seems I have to keep my self shut out the chat service thingy, for fear of being kicked/banned, yet again

1. Did you forget that typing in caps is basically screaming in type-chats, I found that offensive, to say the least. The gold/yellow-ish color of the admin's chat in the chat window already pulls my attention well enough

2. Also for the Rules, I only oversteped one, once. My very first session on server 5, counter sniping a base camper at 800+ meters (people were flaming because of him/her) it was somewhere in early December or late November

3. Since when was EA part of this "who did what"?

4. Is there a rule/punishment for mentioning past experiences now? Wow, just...wow

Also the rule regarding the abuse of world geometry (A.K.A. cover) it's very susceptible to people misunderstanding it, needs some refinement there (in phrasing), for the more mentally challenged. I have one such a member in my clan, it can become frustrating to say the least...

As for the future of my seemingly "enjoyable" sessions on server 5? I'm very skeptical of a warning being given before (emphasis on before) hand, and it should not be just for me, it should be for everyone who plays on the server(s)

Z3ppellin is still waiting that cup of tee you promised <- that's a joke

here is some of my suggestions for the rules/guidelines that the admins (all of ya) should follow....

1. If a admin has kicked a player for no legitimate reason given before hand - it should be followed by the said admin to be striped of said admin's status

2. No, admin may kick/ban or tempban a player for personal reasons or the decision being charged by emotion - the punishment is the same as the first suggested rule

3. This is more of a feeling I sometimes get: No player may be kicked/banned for "dodgy" kills while at the same time playing with no hacks of any sort and not using a aim-bot of any sort

A confirmed hacker/aim-bot user usually get a battle report of 100+ kills with less than 5 deaths, i know of one (can't remember the name) he got 135-ish kills for 8-ish deaths, while using a aim-bot on BF 3

Hi

We have played together on server 5 for some time now and don't have any real issues with you, if i had i would have taken action against you when i saw the line you typed but choose to let it go base on your reputation on the server when i was online, but when you continued after the discussion we had i decided to give you a 1 day ban, a ban i terminated before the ban was complete, because i thought i might have been overly harsh on a player playing a good game .....

As for admin not playing according to the rules of the game or any BmW member not complying to rules, does our clan leader with his Head Admins deal with that person internally and can it lead to stripping a players of his admin rights or his clan tags, but this is an internal process and does it not have to be made public what actions are taken ....

Thanks for all your insightfull suggestions, but please note that most of them are generic EA rules that needs to be applied with some added clan rules we are allowed to add, in a combined manner to ensure all that play bf4 has a fun and enjoyable time online ....

If you or any of your clan members feel that you have been hard done by, then you are more than welcome to join our TS channal and discuss this with the admin online in a respectfull manner, and we will with your help try and resolve the matters at hand ...

I must say i'm quiet relieved that you decided to cancel the tempban, for which i'm grateful.

I'd respect that the admins are doing a admiral job but, as of late it feels to me it has gone out of hand, and thus i suggested the "new rules", I've put some thought into

I choose that we should turn a new page and forget the past mistakes that we all made, i will inform my clan as well

We should learn from our past mistakes and apply what we've learned in the future

As for the internal matters, i can fully respect that it should be handled internally. It can be a embarrassing experience for the person that has been stripped of his admin status, if it were to be made public. And at the same time reducing the chances of joining another clan considerably

At the time of writing this post, please note that Battlefield 4 had received yet another update
