The map has problems...
1. You are being constantly damaged by the map as it tries to kill you 2. Despite the map being a rectangle with nowhere to hide one is constantly "out of bounds" Unless you can find a turret and or heal yourself fast enough to avoid death.... you lose. However me and pk'er got by... ftw

LMAO You're not supposed to be able to beat that map.
The map had a purpose a long time ago. Normally when a server reboots, it will always reboot with the same map. Instead of being forced to play the same map every time the server reboots, the reset map was designed to be small, load quickly, and kill everyone so they would vote. Now we have a script that randomly selects a map when the server reboots after a crash, so a reset map isn't needed any more (you'll notice that this map is NOT votable.) There's a slim (1-in-however-many-maps-we-have) chance of seeing the reset map after a crash now. I've left it on just for the lulz and nostalgia.
