For those who are communicate by XFire, the social media site will be gone effective Friday, June 12, 2015. If you have screenshots, pictures, or other media, you need to download them prior to Friday or lose them.

:'( Almost all of my screenshots are hosted there too. It also says they will be "sunsetting" the xfire client as well. They didn't post details, but I always found xfire convenient for gaming and UT2004 in particular.


Well, there's still steam and raptr. Raptr was founded by the original team who created the xfire client, but I haven't used it. Xfire itself has changed hands a couple of times over the years, with the most recent change about 5 years ago. Can't say I'm too surprised, since their redesigned client was terrible.


At least there's an option to download all your screenshots and video in 1 archive.
