Would be nice to see some images of it first so we know what we are getting. Downloading random .ZIP files is not something most safety conscience people would do.

I downloaded it earlier. There's nothing wrong with the file, although the shaders are complex (3 passes) which does mean that overlays (DD, healing, link gun damage, etc.) won't work on it. It's a nice skin, but the bot settings are too strong (all stats are 10.) That can be easily fixed in notepad if you open the UPL, just change the 10s to 1s and save.
