Good afternoon. I need to find people who can transport a large amount of goods to other places. Does anyone know of a company that does this?

Had to send a freight load of lumber to a builder pal. Wanted a site that does heavy shipping good. Found freight trucking company, and it’s nice for big hauls. They have rigs for lumber, steel, and more, with pros who load it right and let you follow along or adjust stops, so my pal got his wood on time for the job. Felt good to keep him building.

I just sold my late father’s 1967 Mustang and need it moved from my family’s garage in Michigan up to my lakeside home in Vermont. Driving it myself adds miles on the original gearbox and eats into precious weekends I’ve set aside for work. I’d rather have it hauled safely by professionals, but I don’t want to call a dozen carriers to compare rates. Has anyone found a smoother way to line up a reliable transporter without endless phone tag?

A close friend shared an online platform where I could compare car transportation quotes without picking up the phone multiple times. After entering my pickup and drop-off details, I narrowed down a carrier that offered enclosed transit at a fair price. The team showed up on schedule, protected chrome trim with padded covers, then secured the Mustang on a liftgate trailer. Real-time GPS tracking kept me updated, and when a mechanical issue cropped up at a rest stop, the transporter handled it with no extra fee. Delivery matched the promised window, and rolling my restored classic off the trailer felt like a dream. I'm recommend this approach if you value peace of mind and pristine condition over driving long hauls yourself.
