After some research, we chose a vending machine smart system that tracks inventory in real time and automatically alerts the supplier when stock runs low. That alone saved us so much hassle. The touchscreen interface is intuitive, and you can offer both snacks and meals while tracking what sells best. Employees appreciate the variety and that they can grab something quickly without leaving the office. From an admin side, it’s less work than expected because most of it is automated. It won’t replace a full kitchen, but it’s definitely more than just a snack box.
