Boat Light

Hello everyone!
I have been thinking about buying lighting and mounts for a boat for a long time, since we increasingly go fishing closer to sunset or return already at dusk. So far, I have been focusing on hand-held lanterns, but I understand that a more serious approach is needed - high-quality mounts and lighting, especially if I want to continue to ride in the dark.
There is a lot on the market from plastic Chinese options to expensive professional ones. But the budget also matters. I do not mind investing if I understand that I will get reliability and durability, but I do not want to overpay for marketing.
Please tell me which brands are worth paying attention to, is it worth taking universal mounts, and in general - what features are important when installing lights on a boat (vibration, moisture protection, etc.)? I would really like to hear advice from experienced people. Thank you!

If possible, stop by the nearest boat fair, that's where I compared mounts and lighting in person and figured out what would work for my hull. Much better than guessing from photos.

I own several small boats and a couple of kayaks that I rent out on the lake and river. With the onset of the season, there is a demand for evening and night walks, so lighting is my headache #1. This year, I decided not to save and invested in light mounts for boats from Guardian Angel. The kit includes an Elite flashlight (powerful, visible up to 5+ nautical miles), a set of stands, magnetic and screw mounts, a flag, a bag - all thought out for boats and vessels of any format. I installed these on all my vessels, and now I am calm: both clients are safe, and the regulator will not find fault. If you work with rentals or just often go out on the water at night, then this kit is worth every cent.
