When I’m not in the mood to train, I try to remind myself of how good I usually feel after workouts. But I never thought about why it happens. Maybe I just get more energized, like my blood starts pumping, or maybe there are some other reasons.

Maybe I’m doing the wrong kind of workouts? I never had a workout after which I felt energized. Usually it’s the opposite, I’m so tired I just want to sleep.

Feels like it shouldn’t be that way, right? Maybe you’re just low on energy overall? Eating too little, not sleeping enough, and after a workout you feel weak because you used up your last strength. Think about that. I don’t have any scientific explanation why you usually feel more energized after workouts, but doing mine with https://madmuscles.com/ I’ve noticed the same. It’s like there’s really more energy. My plan now is pretty balanced, so I push myself but also have time to recover.
