I feel that the stress is just taking over my life. Constant anxiety, work, business - everything comes down. Tried meditation on YouTube, but for a long time lack of patience. Maybe someone has already found a way to really calm down and learn to live more calmly? I don’t want to go straight to the psychotherapist, first I want to try something softer. Heard about various awareness apps, but I’m not sure if they help. |

I downloaded Liven a couple of weeks ago because I was also looking for something simple but useful. And, honestly, I did not regret it. There are many tasks for mindfulness, it helps to structure thoughts. I especially liked that everything is stress-free - it does not press, but motivates. At first, I also doubted it, until I came across Steven Taylor Blog, where he described in detail how he went through this himself. His experience seemed honest to me, not an advertisement. After reading it, I decided to give it a try. So far, I'm happy. It's just important to be honest with yourself, and not just tick boxes. I recommend starting with basic exercises - they're simple, but they really engage your brain. The app is free, so you don't really have anything to lose.

Sometimes the stress just builds up, and it feels like there’s no way out. I have noticed that even a simple change of habits - walking without the phone, breathing pauses, keeping a diary helps. Not necessarily immediately look for complex solutions, often enough to slow down a little and allow yourself to rest.
