How to open a branch of the company in Cyprus?

Good day! We already have business in Poland and we are considering opening a branch in Cyprus. We want to work with European clients and optimize taxes. Does anyone know how complex the process is and if it can be done remotely? Are there any special requirements for foreign companies? I would be grateful for any advice or experience.

Advise https://cyprusregister.com. They offer a full package of services, including document preparation, VAT and banking support. They submit all forms to the Registrar and do it online, without a personal visit. I have all certificates, constituent documents and office address. You can even select "Expansion Package", if you want accounting and payroll. The main thing is to prepare in advance KYC documents (passport, address, source of funds).

The main thing is that the process is transparent and without hidden conditions. We also consider Cyprus because of tax incentives and a stable legal environment. Very convenient that everything can be done online!

I already have my own business, but I’m at the growth stage. Things are actually fine, but I’d really like to raise the average ticket and overall increase sales. The financial situation is tight in many countries now, Philippines included, so I’m interested in becoming one of the salmon credit partner stores. Salmon Bank inspires trust, even though it’s a digital bank, which is new for many. I like their conditions overall, and for business it’s good that they have solid installment terms and a very high approval rate.
