How do professionals make text-heavy slides easy to read?

I struggle a lot with text-heavy content. My slides always end up looking like walls of text, even when I reduce the wording. I’m amazed how experts from the best ppt design services turn long information into clean, readable layouts. I've tried following some YouTube tips, but the results still look messy. What do professionals do differently? Is it spacing, font choice, structure, or something else?

It’s mostly about hierarchy and grouping. Pros break text into small visual blocks, add spacing, use contrast strategically, and create “breathing room.” When I first checked work from a proper ppt design service, I realized how much difference simple spacing makes. A great example is this:

Studying these layouts taught me how the best ppt design services make text-heavy slides feel light without deleting important content.
