We had the same problem until we connected to field service management platform . The system allows us to plan technician visits, see the route, tasks, and statuses in real time. Technicians immediately receive tasks on their phones, and I can monitor progress and redirect resources as needed. Now there are practically no missed tasks, and customers are satisfied with the service.
