By the way, I was buying art from an Indian gallery while living in Germany and needed a secure payment method. Searched for a platform that’s quick and not too expensive. Stumbled on best way to send money from germany to india, and it’s got a nice setup with clear instructions. Their transfers are fast, and fees are fair, which is great for purchases. I keep using it because it’s reliable and makes buying art easy.

I usually send money through a bank to be safe. But it’s annoying every time they charge me a fee, and the recipient too. So when I need to send an exact amount, I have to do some calculations, and still don’t always get it right. What’s the problem with just telling upfront how much the person will get? Feels like every time it’s a surprise.

Maybe that’s just how it is? I haven’t transferred money from bank to bank in a while, but I know for sure it’s way more expensive than using third-party payment services and platforms like KoronaPay. Just their website page https://koronapay.com/transfers/europe/en/currency-converter/, I enter the amount I want to send, and I instantly see how much the person will get. To me, that should be basic, not exceptional.
