I have always been a skeptic, but now technology seems to me a salvation. They help me monitor emotions, track thoughts. But I am afraid that I am replacing real feelings with them. I need help - how to use technology consciously, without losing touch with myself?

Usually we use technologies to escape from ourselves: videos, feeds, TV series. I decided to do the opposite — use them to understand myself. I came across an article asking what is liven app, and I went further — I studied what it was. In essence, it is a tool that helps you track your psycho-emotional state. Surprisingly, after just a week I began to notice patterns: when exactly I get angry, tired or anxious. This helped reduce the number of breakdowns and misunderstandings. I advise everyone who wants to use numbers to return to themselves, and not run away.
