How do you personally keep online betting casual? I worry that once you start, it slowly becomes a habit. Do you have any rules or signals that tell you when it’s time to take a break?

I think having rules is essential. Some people only play on weekends, others set a fixed amount. Without boundaries, anything can turn into a habit, not just betting.

For me, it’s about routine and honesty. I only play during free time and never when I’m stressed or bored. Platforms like https://1xbet.lk/en get mentioned because they’re easy to step away from, which matters more than people think. If you treat it like watching a movie or playing a mobile game, it naturally stays casual.

That's a good point about not betting when you're in a bad mood. I've noticed I make dumb decisions when I'm already frustrated about something else

Yeah emotional betting is the worst. I set a rule for myself to only bet on weekends or match days I've actually been looking forward to. I use https://1xbet.com/en/ and I like that I can just close the app and not think about it until the next game. If I had a bad day at work or I'm tired I just don't open it. Treating it like entertainment instead of a way to fix problems keeps it fun. I also set a weekly amount and once that's gone I'm done until next week. Keeps everything controlled and I actually enjoy watching the games more this way
