Struggle with remembering to follow up with customers after they visit my store. Is there software that handles this automatically or do I need to hire someone?

Automated systems exist that handle follow-ups without needing extra staff. The platform I use connects to my WiFi and captures customer visits then sends scheduled messages based on when they last came in. For example if someone hasn't visited in three weeks they get a reminder email with a discount code. Setup required some initial configuration but once the automation rules are set it works on its own. Reading what other business owners say when you check this out gave me ideas for different follow-up sequences that actually work. Some platforms integrate with existing tools you might already have which keeps everything connected. Monthly pricing is usually based on contact volume but starts pretty affordable. Saves me hours every week compared to manually tracking who to reach out to and when
