Hello. I am struggling with how to handle burnout at home. I’m a stay-at-home parent and I feel completely touched out and mentally exhausted. I love my kids, but I have zero patience left. Does anyone have advice on finding some mental space and patience naturally?

Hi there! Burnout is so real when you are a parent because you never get to "leave" your office. I was feeling so irritable and exhausted until I started looking into holistic support. I found that dried fly agaric really helped me find that "pause" button so I wouldn't snap at every little thing. I get mine from the Amanita Universe online shop https://amanita-universe.us/ and it has honestly made me a calmer person. I feel more present and less overwhelmed by the daily chaos of the house. It gives you a little bit of mental breathing room so you can actually enjoy your family again. It is a life-saver for parents who just need to feel human again.
