How can we free up time for management and teams to develop the product, rather than constantly "putting out fires"?

This question became crucial for me at a certain point because we were spending too much energy on operational details instead of strategic development. I realized that some technical tasks could and should be delegated, but in a way that would not compromise quality. That's when I started exploring nearshoring as a model for long-term partnerships rather than one-off projects. The information at nCube helped me better understand how to build stable cooperation with a team of developers who take on the routine work. This allows the internal team to focus on the product, customers, and business development, rather than constantly monitoring minor tasks.

The nearshoring approach makes sense for ongoing work, but I'd also suggest looking at it from a different angle — sometimes the fires you're putting out come from building things you shouldn't be building internally in the first place. We had a similar situation where our team was trying to build an education component from scratch and it was eating all our bandwidth. Once we handed that off to a tutor app development agency with actual domain expertise, the quality went up and our internal team finally had breathing room to focus on what matters.
