I’ve been doing runs like this for a couple of years, and even though I’m generally young, pretty active in daily life, and relatively healthy, back problems are something that actually knocks me out of normal functioning. And unfortunately I can’t just change jobs right now.

Sometimes you have to choose: money or health. I don’t really want to think about it either. Or more like it feels like there’s no time to think about it until you suddenly have to. I have the same thing with my eyesight, for example.

You don’t get tired only because you drive long distances and sit behind the wheel for hours. Constant vibration, static posture, and mainly weak back support play a big role. Check isri truck seats if you have a chance to replace your seat. They have a great air suspension that absorbs road impacts way better. And I also just recommend giving up 5-10 minutes of travel time and taking at least short breaks for stretching and rest.
