How to reduce sun damage indoors?

Hi everyone. Lately I’ve noticed that sunlight is starting to fade furniture and floors at home. Curtains help a bit, but not enough, and I don’t want to keep everything closed all the time. I’ve heard about UV protection films, but I’m not sure how effective they really are. Also, many websites are either too technical or too vague. Has anyone looked into this and found a place where it’s explained clearly?

I was dealing with the same issue not long ago. While searching, I came across https://www.tintfit.com/shop/uv-protection and spent some time reading through it. It gave me a clearer idea of how UV films actually work and what they protect against. The information is quite easy to follow, which helped a lot. I’m still thinking about installing it, but at least now I understand the benefits better. You might find it useful too if you're just researching.
