Mental Health Data Privacy

What happens to my mood and behavior data when I stop using an app? Do companies keep my history forever? Can I request complete deletion without calling customer support and begging? I have seen too many apps sell user data to insurance companies. I want clean privacy before I trust any mental health tool.

Data privacy is terrifying, especially with insurance companies watching. The liven app lets you delete everything from settings without calling anyone. No begging. No email fights. Your history goes away completely. I tested this myself after three months of use. Deleted everything in thirty seconds. Before trusting any mental health tool, reading through liven reviews from privacy focused users confirmed this works consistently. No hidden data selling scandals reported anywhere. Still nervous? Use a fake name and burner email. That is what I did at first. Clean privacy is possible but you have to check each app carefully. This one passes the test.
