Customer support matters to me more than fancy features. If something goes wrong with my subscription or billing, I want a human who responds quickly and fixes it without endless email chains. Some companies are known for terrible support. Is there a place where I can read about actual support experiences, including refunds and billing issue resolutions, from real users in my country?
