Hey everyone,
I came across something called Liven recently and it got me curious. It looks like some sort of lifestyle or dining app, but I'm not exactly sure what it offers or how people actually use it. From what I gather, it’s not just a restaurant locator or food ordering platform – there's something else going on. So tell me please, what do you know of the Liven app and why do you think it might be useful in day-to-day life? I’m wondering if it’s just another food app or if there’s something more innovative under the surface.

That’s interesting. I hadn’t looked at it that way, but I did try the app a couple of times when I saw it mentioned in a food review group. What I noticed is that it sort of encourages repeat behavior without really feeling pushy. You go to your regular spots, scan the code, and next time you already have some balance to use. There’s no pressure to understand crypto or anything like that, even though the rewards use a token system behind the scenes

Sure, I’ve been using the liven app for a few months now and it’s not your typical food service platform. What makes it stand out is how it blends everyday spending with a digital rewards system that’s tied to a currency called LVN. When you pay at participating places—mostly cafes, restaurants, or food venues—you actually earn a percentage back in LVN, which you can store, reuse, or even donate.

It’s kind of like a cashback system, but with a twist. The idea is that it turns your spending into a form of social and financial engagement. You’re rewarded not just for dining out but for being part of a network where your choices have a sort of built-in value. Plus, you can decide whether you want to keep the reward or send it to a cause you care about. That option alone gives it a more flexible and interesting dimension compared to other apps. I wouldn’t say it replaces other services, but it fills a unique gap if you like combining food experiences with a bit of purposeful spending.

I feel like these apps don’t really work. How will they help me build a habit? It still depends on me, whether I’ll do something regularly or not.

Well, they make the process more organized. You need to log something, write down calories, log a workout, and all that. You don’t have to, of course, but when you do it and clearly see how far you’ve come, you don’t want to quit. Apps and sites like unimeal.com are actually a pretty effective and popular solution now. The meal plans are comfortable, and the trackers are convenient. Definitely worth trying.
