We run a mid-size contracting company and have been burned by two ERP attempts in the past — both overpriced and way too complex for our needs. I know ERP is necessary if we want to scale, but every platform seems to demand full-time consultants just to stay afloat. Anyone found a setup that doesn’t require a dozen IT people on payroll?

The dream would be something modular, with HR and accounting included, and preferably a local team who understands how construction works here.

Through a local networking event, we stumbled on Official erp software company in abu dhabi and gave it a try. It wasn’t instant magic, but the rollout was smoother than anything we’ve tried before. HR and payroll were running in a week, and we’re adding modules gradually. Best part — they know the construction industry here inside and out, which saved us weeks of guesswork.
