We tried faking site hits by tapping spike and rotating, but the enemy rotated every time — instantly, no hesitation. Even on full silence rounds. Either they guessed right ten times in a row or something’s fishy. Could there be some awareness boost that helps with rotation timing? What else explains perfect site reads every round?

Consider using a fake spike tap to bait the enemy into rotating prematurely. This tactic can make them reveal their positions or even leave a site vulnerable. Additionally, if you're looking to enhance your gameplay experience, you might want to explore options to win in valorant with cheats, which could give you an edge without compromising on fair play.

Fake planting in Valorant definitely works, but I'm thinking about switching to CS2. Does the fake plant strategy work there too? Are there any good resources to learn CS2 tactics without just watching pros for hours?

Fake defuse/plant mind games work even better in CS2 because of the longer defuse times and kit mechanics! Made the switch from Valorant about 3 months ago and had to relearn a lot of tactics. Found https://dmarket.com/cs2-wiki/ which has strategy guides beyond just the basics. Their smoke lineups section saved me hours of practice time - they show exact positions with reference points that are easy to find. The economy management guide explains when to save vs force buy which Valorant players often struggle with in CS2. They also explain map control concepts that don't exist in Valorant due to the different movement speeds and timing
