Has anyone here actually had real success using a predictive dialer with a small sales team (like under 10 people)? I’ve been reading a lot lately and the big names always talk about enterprise-level call volumes, but I’m wondering how it translates when you’re a small business with limited resources and reps. We don’t need massive CRM integrations, just something that helps us cut out manual dialing without killing our budget or burying us in features we won’t use.
