Everyone understands that betting is a risk, but I still want to approach it more wisely. Do you have any personal principles or approaches that help you lose less over the long term? I'm not looking for a "magic formula"; I'm more interested in real-world experience and thinking. How did you learn to control your game?

Personally, the only thing that's helped me is stop betting emotionally. As soon as I catch myself wanting to win back, I immediately take a break. This greatly reduces the number of stupid decisions.

I wouldn't say there's a universal recipe, but I've developed an approach for myself. At 1xbet, I try to check the schedule in advance and never place spontaneous bets. I advise everyone to follow this approach. I place single bets more often than accumulators. I pay attention to the odds before the match starts. This calm approach helps me maintain balance.
