How can we free up time for management and teams to develop the product, rather than constantly "putting out fires"?

This question became crucial for me at a certain point because we were spending too much energy on operational details instead of strategic development. I realized that some technical tasks could and should be delegated, but in a way that would not compromise quality. That's when I started exploring nearshoring as a model for long-term partnerships rather than one-off projects. The information at nCube helped me better understand how to build stable cooperation with a team of developers who take on the routine work. This allows the internal team to focus on the product, customers, and business development, rather than constantly monitoring minor tasks.
