Many reviews talk about protection but rarely about long term comfort. I wonder how long people can actually wear a bulletproof vest before it becomes distracting or exhausting. Does body type make a big difference? How important is proper sizing and adjustment? If you have worn one for extended periods, what were the biggest issues you faced and how did you solve them?

I’ve spent 10-hour shifts in a bulletproof vest and the weight definitely adds up. For me, the biggest issue was heat rash and lower back fatigue. I found that using a high-quality moisture-wicking base layer and a weight-distribution belt made a massive difference. Body type matters a lot because if the plates sit too low, sitting down becomes a nightmare. Definitely prioritize getting your measurements right before buying.
